The PGAS activities at SC07 this year included the annual research exhibit, birds of feather, and tutorial. Participation this year grew to include new languages such  X10 and Chapel, in addition to the current members UPC, Titanium, and Co-Array Fortran. The NSF CHREC Year-End meeting was held at the George Washington University Virginia Campus on December 5-6 2007. Over 90 attendees from Academia, Government, and Industry made this one of the largest CHREC gathering since its inception. [Photos] 

The CHREC center setup its first SC booth at SC07, Reno. The booth along with other CHREC activities were held at SC07 including participation at HPRCTA workshop and Exotic Architectures Panel. [Photos]
